In 1962, Picelj initiated a series of his self-published “Edition a” art booklets, having released a total of seven publications up until 1964. Each issue of “Edition a” featured the work of one artist —mostly of a colleague whose work he admired.

This year’s exhibition is structured around four curated sections: TOP CHARITY Auction, Artis Arundo Spotlight, a preview of the Foundation’s African art collection, and the Sculpture Garden, presented in collaboration with Opera Gallery.

At the centre of these spaces stands Tête de Cariatide by Amedeo Modigliani, a work shaped by the influence of African sculptural forms. By placing works by Jeff Koons, Tadeusz Kantor, Niki de Saint Phalle, Ibrahim Mahama, Monika Falkus, Igor Dobrowolski, and others within the historic setting of the palace, the exhibition invites a dialogue between epochs and cultures. The partnership between the OmenaArt Foundation and the Museum of King Jan III’s Palace at Wilanów seeks not only to support the institution but also to offer broader public access to international art in its regal surroundings.

The exhibition culminates in two auctions: TOP CHARITY Auction, proceeds of which will support the philanthropic work of the Omenaa Foundation, Rafał Brzoska Foundation, and the Philanthropic Consortium; and Artis Arundo Spotlight, which will fund OmenaArt Foundation projects supporting artists in Poland and around the world.
