A new contemporary art space in Warsaw that showcases works primarily by artists from Sub-Saharan Africa and its diaspora.

Born from a desire to tell stories through art, the gallery reflects the personal journey of its founder – from studio visits and conversations with artists to reflections on memory, identity, and inspiration. The program features a broad spectrum of contemporary practices, including painting, sculpture, installation, applied design, and artistic craftsmanship, blending tradition with modernity.
The gallery operates in close connection with the OmenaArt Foundation; a portion of all proceeds supports emerging artists, who also take part in educational and community-focused projects across continents.
Phenomenaa Gallery is also a platform for education and special programming, including:

The gallery’s inaugural exhibition is rooted in the belief that African art is not a singular phenomenon, but a dynamic, multifaceted world. Its roots lie in ancient forms of expression and collective traditions, while its present pulses with the energy of diasporas, metropolises, and new narratives. Historically, African art has always emerged through encounters between material and ritual, body and symbol, tradition and everyday life. That dialogue continues today.
The exhibition features works by Kwaku Yaro, Awanle Ayiboro, Cornelius Annor, Raphael Adjetey Adjei Mayne, Moses Adjei, and others – a group of artists whose individual voices form a surprisingly cohesive visual narrative.
Moses Adjei, Awanle Ayiboro, Larry Amponsah, Cornelius Annor, Kristie Arias, Seth Clottey, Courage Hunke, Julius Katende, Philip Kumah, Raphael Adjetey Adjei Mayne, James Mishio, Abdur Rahman Muhammad, Innocent Nkurunziza, Timothy Wandulu, Kwaku Yaro
