OmenaArt Foundation supports emerging cultural leaders through scholarship at Sotheby’s Institute of Art.

As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting art education and cultural exchange, OmenaArt Foundation co-founded a scholarship for a student joining the Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London in the 2025/2026 academic year. The initiative forms part of the Cultural Leaders Programme, led by Culture&, which promotes diversity and equal access to arts education. The scholarship will enable a talented student to pursue a one-year Master’s degree in Contemporary Art, Art Business, or Fine and Decorative Art and Design, covering part of the living costs in London to allow full engagement in the academic and cultural experience.
This new partnership aligns with OmenaArt Foundation’s ongoing efforts to create opportunities for artistic growth and cross-cultural exchange. The Foundation has previously funded scholarships for Polish and Ghanaian graduates through the Artis Arundo programme, supported diploma projects at the Faculty of Conservation and Restoration of Works of Art in the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, and sponsored international residencies in Malta and Ghana.
The Cultural Leaders Programme, founded by Culture& in partnership with Sotheby’s Institute of Art, is a fully funded scholarship initiative designed to widen access to higher education in the arts for students from underrepresented backgrounds. Culture& is a UK-based arts and education charity that works to make the arts and heritage sectors more inclusive, diverse, and accessible.
Founded in 1969, Sotheby’s Institute of Art is a world-renowned centre for art education, offering Master’s programmes and professional courses in London, New York, and online. Combining academic excellence with real-world insight, the Institute prepares future leaders of the art world with expertise in art history, business, and the global art market.
